DislikedOverpriced for small luxury executive floor with limited extra facilities. Limited (although good quality) breakfast option in executive wing. Big complex has all you need but not at 5 star quality so you're really paying for the beautiful big room. Next time we would book a normal room if we want to stay in the same area, or consider an overall more luxurious hotel instead of one offering one floor or wing at the same rate.

LikedEverything was absolutely perfect! We were welcomed with ginger tea while a private receptionist handled our check-in. The staff were incredibly attentive and made our honeymoon unforgettable. We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking a 400-year-old garden, and every detail — from breakfast to the luggage service to our next hotel — was flawless. The delicate attention of providing night kimonos and pajamas was such a lovely touch. Perfect location near the metro for easy access to all the main attractions — we couldn’t recommend New Otani Zen Hotel more!
