LikedEverything, staff helpful, rooms excellent

DislikedThe gluten free options were limited a the disappointment was that the gluten free bread came in a plastic package whereas such a big luxurious hotel should have provided its own backed bread. To be accurate, this happened when I went to have lunch. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I do not know if this is also the case for breakfast.

LikedThe hotel was just exceptional. I'd stayed at the Okura in Bangkok earlier, but this hotel was perfect: the staff were always smiling, always willing to help, and there whenever you needed them. The rooms were fantastic. I loved this hotel.

LikedIn a quiet neighbourhood / area which was nice to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. Exceptional room and staff, spa facilities were amazing. A stay worth every penny. We stayed on 32nd floor so view from the room was great

DislikedNot enough good options nearby (but has nothing to do with the hotel itself). But places like shinjuku, Ginza and shibuya are easy to get to.

LikedVery nicely appointed with great facilities and spacious and attractive rooms. Great service.

LikedThe quality and professionalism of the staff was outstanding. The room was excellent and the hotel had some of the best facilities I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The gym would rival any commercial gym and the Onsen and shower facilities who have fantastic.
