LikedThe location was excellent as were the amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all of our interactions. The hotel was very clean and well presented.
DislikedThe swimming pool was for exercise only we were not able to just relax and enjoy the pool. The costs of the in room dining were very high.

DislikedSometimes the service is not at the level of a 5 star Hotel for example the dishes do not arrive all at the time and the children are served when the parents have finished eating while you would expect them to be served first.

DislikedEverything was lovely. The only point for improvement could be the pool access, as it needs to be booked at reception. Perhaps an app could be introduced to make this process easier.
