LikedI loved the hotel. The rooms are really spacious. Breakfast is very good. Great pool. The food is excellent. In the basement there is a shopping centre with supermarket. We ate in lobby and Japanese restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. I am plant based they had many plant based options. My son loves avocado rolls and they made them especially for him. I would only stay in this hotel in Tokyo.

LikedExperienced excellent service during my stay at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager Dushantha Wirasinha who helped me with the check-in and check-out process with a smile on his face. I really appreciated that he allowed me to check in when I arrived in the morning, store my luggage and collect my room card later in the afternoon. I was also thankful that he assured me of the availability of my breakfast at the restaurant that was paid for even though the systems did not reflect it properly. It was nice to have a delicious sushi dinner with a view and a subsequent drink at the bar with a live band. My partner thoroughly loved it. She also appreciated the hotel gift from Dushantha when we checked out. This hotel is also right next to the Tokyo midtown illumination which made it an excellent location in November/December.

DislikedThe washroom is huge but the toilet and shower room is actually quite small because there is a large empty space in the middle of the washroom.
