LikedRooms very fabulous, large and incredibly well equipped. Staff very attentive at all times and efficient. Housekeeping staff were very attentive and kept the rooms immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and worth it. Location is fabulous and on the doorstep to Ginza where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Despite being in the hub of a busy location the rooms were quiet. Highly recommend and I would return.

LikedThe hotel is an absolute 10! Except for breakfast, everything was perfect. The quality of service offered by staff was second to none. Very comfortable room with every possible amenity you might expect. Also perfectly located right next to the Imperial Gardens and in a great location to explore.

DislikedBreakfast was a disappointment. Not what I would anticipate for a hotel of such standard. The service was extremely slow, the offering limited and quality not what you would hope for.
