Four Seasons Hotel Amman

LikedI had an exceptionally beautiful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Amman. Everything about the experience was lovely. The room was very spacious and elegant. The Breakfast was also really nice, with variety of delicious food. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, caring, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They made me feel so well taken care of throughout my stay. Beautiful hotel, wonderful hospitality, and such a comfortable experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

LikedThe cleanliness of the facility and the diversity of nearby options

DislikedAll staff were great apart from khaled in the reception who singled me out of a group to be security checked even though I am coming back to the hotel and staying in for 5 days with no checks when I have no ledge.

LikedEverything about the property was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and caring throughout my stay. I came to Amman for medical treatment, and the hotel made me feel safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. The room was perfectly clean, the service was exceptional, and every detail was handled with warmth and respect. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

DislikedHonestly, nothing. Everything was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

LikedOur stay at Four Seasons Hotel Amman was fantastic. The hotel itself offers excellent comfort, service, and a high standard of hospitality throughout. A very special mention to Muhammad, who was our driver and guide—he was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, even treating us to one of the best Kunafah we’ve ever had. His warmth and dedication made a big difference to our trip.

DislikedYes if we can get people not to smoke in the bar area and the restaurant that would be wonderful. really it was not a good experience going to the restaurant upstairs, sorry it will be much cleaner and healthier if you could work on it , I totally understand your bar and restaurant business will get hurt . but it will be rewarding and Pay you more in the long run
