LikedThe hotel is superb, well maintained with excellent facilities. Most importantly, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Our concierge, Malaak, went out of her way to help us and to make sure that we are well taken care of.

LikedThe staff made our anniversary staycation unforgettable with generous hospitality and complimentary upgrades. Special thanks to Rand and Abdullah at reception for the thoughtful arrangements, Dimitrios at the Gold Lounge for his attentive check-ins and seamless express check-out, and Muhammad Al-Natsheh for a detailed tour of the wellness floor. The dining was exceptional, especially the desserts, which delivered rich flavors beyond their presentation. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, steam, and jacuzzi) were spotless and relaxing. While the outdoor pool is modest in size, the team’s attentive service, providing complimentary sunscreen and tanning oils, made the experience top-tier. Exceeded our expectations.
DislikedA few in-room elements show subtle signs of wear and would benefit from a refresh, such as slightly frayed leather directory folders and minor cosmetic wear that you wouldn't typically expect in a property of this caliber. Additionally, the outdoor pool area is somewhat limited in size, though the attentive poolside service certainly helps compensate.

LikedStaff and service are exceptionally great, from front desk to concierge to the breakfast staff and housekeeping everyone went the extra mile and beyond with their friendliness and professionalism. Location is central and great and their breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in any hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

LikedWide and bright corridors, sleek and fresh furniture. Stunning bathroom space with bathtub and walk in shower. Bed and bedding very comfortable- every detail in the room makes this place value for money. For someone without a car- this hotel is situated next to 4 high end hotels on a busy roundabout so very easy to catch a taxi or Uber. 15 mins drive to down town and rest of Amman (amazing location). The rooms are soundproof so you will not hear a peep from the street. Abdullah and staff at the counter were very helpful.
