“Great night stay in Amman! Would stay again.”
LikedNew property that feels properly maintained and very clean! Loved the modern details in the room and bathroom. Staff are amazing! They accommodated late check out for me and helped me with my bags multiple times. Also enjoyed the breakfast!
DislikedIt’s a bit difficult to find as there’s another Hilton just a block away. But honestly everything was great.

LikedThe hotel is super clean, great design, and very modern, great for conducting meetings as well, located in a central area in Amman, and the staff was amazing, especially Adham at Insignia Club.

LikedI had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely hospitable. I was welcomed by Saad Amro, Director of Sales who ensured the team took care of me for the entirety of my business trip! The rooms are exceptionally clean and newly renovated as well, very comfortable stay!

LikedI liked the welcoming and warmness from all staff and spacial thanks to Bayan, Tala, Alaa, and Ghalia🤍 They were so helpful, very responsive with care and check on me and about service daily to make sure that my stay is as I was expected and beyond. The WhatsApp idea is AMAZING made my life easier.

LikedThe hotel itself was absolutely amazing, but what made my stay even more special was Mahmoud, one of the lifeguards at the pool. He was genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest, and most caring people I’ve ever met. He made me so sad to leave the hotel because of how wonderful he was. There were even a few hours when the pool was completely empty, and he took the time to teach me new swimming techniques! And when my friend got stung by a bee, Mahmoud immediately came to help her. He did everything he could to make sure she was okay, and even made sure to call the nurse and stayed involved until he knew that everything was fine. It was so obvious that he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure she was okay. People like Mahmoud deserve to be appreciated, respected, and treated like absolute gold. He truly made our stay unforgettable, and I will always be grateful for his kindness, patience, and care. Mahmoud, if you ever happen to read this, thank you so much for everything.

LikedVery spacious hotel,lots of security,Rooms very modern.The beds are high,which is great.Nice pool area,Bars an restaurants are great.nice choice of food.There are restaurants just across the road,local.They arranged a driver to take us around the tourist sites.Very reasonable price.Great stay in Amman.
