“A great place to stay in KL”
LikedThe building itself is a little old but other than that we loved our stay here. The location is excellent very near to the twin towers and lots of shops and restaurants and our room was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast had a huge variety of options. Pool area has a lot of loungers so we could always find a seat.
DislikedNothing really, we would definitely think of coming back here if we stayed in KL again.

LikedThe hotel is in a great location, around a 15-minute walk from KLCC, with excellent facilities, including a very good spa. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We booked this hotel at very short notice after having to leave another property (8 Kia Peng KLCC by Luna) due to serious sanitation issues, and the staff made the whole process easy and welcoming. After a stressful few days, staying here was a huge relief and helped get our 10-day holiday back on track. Overall, we had a very comfortable and positive experience.
DislikedThe main downside was the price, which was a bit expensive, especially as it was a last-minute booking. However, given our circumstances and the quality of the hotel, facilities, and service, we were still happy with our stay.
