LikedThe room was big and comfortable, the food was really tasty and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

DislikedThe breakfast is good, but relatively standard. Nothing particularly special.

LikedLocation and the staff were excellent. We enjoyed the hotel facilities though only one restaurant, it was a simple walk into Rabat or Mdina with an excellent choice of restaurants and places to visit. It was useful to explore the island. We used Bolt taxi services everywhere.

DislikedOur room was spacious and comfortable though we were disappointed with the outside terrace which considering our two week stay could have had a better view.

LikedStaff were so friendly. Breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Room was extremely clean and well stocked. Facilities were lovely. View was amazing.

LikedThe hotel staff gave us a warm welcome soon as we entered the reception with a fresh drink. We had a big surprise because they asked what got us there and soon as they knew that it was a birthday surprise for my partner, they upgraded our room to a penthouse which was remarkable with nice views. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and was one of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and nice. One thing that I noticed was that they also remembered what I like from one day to the next, and I wasn't treated as a number, which I really appreciated. Hospitality in the whole hotel is superb and focus to make you feel comfortable and happy at all times. Very relaxing and quiet. Best hotel I visited up till now

A special mention must go to Julian, the Guest Relations Manager, whose professionalism, warmth & dedication to guest satisfaction were second to none! As parents of several children, this peaceful escape was exactly the much-needed break we had been longing for, allowing us to relax, reconnect & return home feeling truly refreshed!
