LikedComfortable facility . We had high end room on beach which was very nice . Breakfast and meals , especially Prime restaurant were excellent

LikedBEST RESORT IN MAURITIUS HANDS DOWN, from facilities to staff to food to room. Its luxury. The staff were very extremely friendly with my 1 year old lots of gifts and very understanding with cleaning our room multiple times without even having to ask. Very considerate. Helped us throughout the stay a lot. Definitely coming back. Worth the price.

LikedThe property has nice beaches and common areas. The rooms are designed to be more like match nosed on in a row. Takes away from privacy.

LikedOur stay at One&Only was Amazing Starting with a smooth check in process, even though we had arrived 2 hours early. The manager had assigned a staff member to assist us during our stay through WhatsApp, and they are connected with the concierge as well. The room was spacious, facing the beach giving us a magnificent view every single morning. Bathroom with a big bathtub was adding to the overall experience, especially with the sea salt and bath oil. Very outstanding restaurants within the resort, starting with Tapasaki Japanese cuisine I highly recommended, Prime Steakhouse has a yummy Mac and cheese, and lastly Riva for Italian cuisine.
DislikedOnly one room for improvement, and I have told the manager about it before writing it here. The towels are worn-out , and don’t live up to luxurious standards this resort represents.
LikedOur stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran was truly unforgettable. The resort is stunning, with beautiful beaches, lush surroundings, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. What made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable throughout our stay, especially traveling with young children. The food was excellent, the facilities were immaculate, and the service was consistently professional. Every detail reflected the high standards expected from a luxury resort. Thank you to the entire One&Only team for making our holiday so special. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius. We look forward to returning in the future.
