“True Moroccan hospitality at one of the finest hotels”
LikedRoyal Mansour is the epitome of luxury. So happy we decided on this hotel for our family holiday. It’s definitely the only best hotel in all of Marrakech no doubt. in fact I would rate this as the one of the best in the world. The service is of the highest standard, the entire team are friendly, courteous and professional. The property itself is immaculate and our Riad is beautiful beyond words. Rabia our hostess is the best, extremely hospitable and warm. Ask for her :) And definitely ask for Emad at the breakfast restaurant as well. He is just amazing.

LikedThe Royal Mansour is one of a kind. I’ve been to Marrakech before and thus didn’t leave the hotel for two days in order to fully enjoy the individual Riad which sets a standard beyond luxury.
DislikedThere’s nothing not to dislike other than that you eventually have to leave this paradise
“The Royal Hotel is a royal stay!)”
LikedWe know the hotel is very good, but didn’t expected the transfer from the airport would be soo good ( essential oil for greeting, beautiful big car, fast track). A surprise for us were tokens for the Yves Saint Laurent garden, which allowed us to skip the line at any time as VIPs.

LikedThe location was perfect, the hotel was faultless and exquisite, the service perfection, and fhe spa out of this world. Loved the soft drinks being included in our Riad. The hotel is also just 25 minutes from the airport. We were collected by the hotel's Bentley!
DislikedThe food was a a little uninspiring. Breakfast was delicious. The staff did say though that if there was anything at all we wanted, they would make it happen!
