Likedstaff was extraordinarily nice and helpful. Asked for 2 bottles of the house wine to take - wrapped them neatly for travel without charge. GM even knew us after first day. Extremely quiet. Japanese restaurant served one of the best steaks ever and similar both times we ate there. I rarely write reviews and when I do they are usually about terrible places. This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Absolutely not a single thing to complain about and no suggestions to make - they have it down! That's a rarity even in the luxury hotel business

The manager of the hotel was amazing Noura she welcomed us from the door until the checkout! yasmeen, zain alabdeen , and lubna in the spa all very kind staff! Thankyou for an unforgettable stay! The best staff in marrakesh!

LikedA beautiful hotel within a tranquil and beautiful setting. Our room with its own pool and outdoor lounging area was extremely well equipped and luxurious. However, the staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone was charming, professional and extremely helpful. They elevated our experience from very good to excellent.
