LikedThe property was amazing a very huge space similar to an island which was absolutely amazing and stunning I felt like at home all the staff were so kind and amazing the food was so good I can’t describe it and the hotel in general was an amazing environment and everyone there were so welcoming I would definitely come back if I can and recommend this place to everybody and outside was just amazing the horses are so mesmerizing to look at and the kids club was like no other everyone there were very kind definitely loved it and it was more then amazing

LikedThis hotel is the best hotel in Marrakech. Everything is perfect : wonderful design, comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, horses, spa ( massage with Karim was fantastic) and service. The hotel did everything to make my Birthday unforgettable. It was my second time in this hotel , and I definitely will come back.

LikedThe property is amazing, especially the outdoor areas - great pool, sitting areas etc. The stable and horses also add to making this place special. Massive space yet very intimate. Service also very nice, most of them would address us by our name
DislikedI spent there 2 days for my mother’s birthday, that I informed them in advance of. We got a birthday card in the room at arrival, but no other gesture: no candle at the restaurant when dining (twice), no candle at the brunch, no room upgrade or any other gesture to make her feel special on her birthday. Service at the terrasse was very slow. Rooms quite average for the price point.
