LikedEverything was up to a very high standard, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent, and we had the opportunity to enjoy both a massage and a facial at the spa, which were wonderful. One thing we really appreciated was that they allowed us to use the spa facilities on our departure day, even after we had checked out, since we had a late flight. It was so nice to be able to relax and freshen up before heading to the airport. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

DislikedWe were charged for a breakfast that we never had. Although the charge was removed from our bill during checkout, it was still charged to our credit card afterward. We have emailed the hotel several times about the issue, but unfortunately, we have not received a response. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and hope this matter will be resolved promptly.

LikedAmazing location, a beautiful building and well designer interior that feels premium. The staff are professional and cheerful. Great luxury spa that felt very premium even when a little crowded. The hotel is very new and no signs of wear.

DislikedThe housekeeping needs some work. Room was not cleaned once and we had to bring this up with reception 2 times, also toiletries/tea were not restocked one day.

LikedThis is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The design is absolutely beautiful, with impressively high ceilings and perfectly positioned windows offering a fantastic view. The attention to detail is exceptional, especially when it comes to the in-room amenities. There is a fantastic selection of complimentary items — including drinks, coffee, sweets, and more — which really adds to the overall experience. The room service is excellent, and the restaurant is equally impressive, offering high-quality food and service. Overall, this was an outstanding stay and a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

LikedCombines history and modernity, with a beautifully restored historic interiors that feel brand new, refined, and luxuriously fresh. I have to say, Rosewood Amsterdam has become one of my favorite properties among the Rosewood hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ll definitely be back.

DislikedWhile everything was handled professionally, the staff felt a bit cold and not as warm, which stood out to me as I’ve stayed at several other Rosewood properties before. This didn’t ruin my stay though

LikedRoom, LOBBY AND staff were amazing Loved the bar, great group of Rosewood team members in there, really enjoyed that. The bell guys are exceptional, really helpful and make you feel totally supported. Great location in AMS

DislikedOur room was in the back and had a view of one of the canals, it was noisy back there as revelers were up all night partying back there and then the garbage workers were out there early in the AM. Room super comfy. A little bummed we didn't get breakfast included, most places in AMS provide that. We had the breakfast there one day and it was great, excellent service and enjoyed our time. We arrived on an international flight and slept in a couple mornings, the janitorial guys were banging on the door alot trying to clean the room. A little annoying but they were super nice.

LikedEverything in this property is immaculate. Beautiful design and interiors, fantastic staff that is very welcoming, amazing spa, great food at the restaurant. The room was gorgeous and comfortable, I did not miss or want for anything. Perfection.

LikedStaff were always there to make us comfortable during the stay. Everyone from front desk to concierge to housekeeping were exceptional, Sophie at concierge helped us get last minutes tickets to the Van Gogh Museum. Highly recommended as very central, refined room, relaxing spa and outstanding staff.
