The Chedi Muscat

LikedPeaceful, moody, magical. Just like staying at a friend's luxury home. Had an amazing 3 days at The Chedi Muscat. Despite the unassuming entry way, the property is a sprawling sanctuary with beatiful gardens that are even more beautiful at night. The staff were warm, welcoming and tended to our every need. Special mention to the bartender at The Club Lounge - Richard Saren, who took exceptional care of us every night we visited. Our room was comfortable and very tastefully furnished. The restaurant served great food and the pools were awesome. One thing truly unique at this property is the sense of quiet exclusivity which is not shared by the other luxury resorts in the city. We will definitely come back.

LikedThis is the most beautiful property I have stayed. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurants are excellent and the facilities were spectacular. Would stay here again next time!

Likedstunning property, with sweeping ocean views dotted with individual private suites, the grounds are manicured like freshly painted nails, with flawless white buildings surrounded by flowing fountains of water linking themselves together to create a wonderous maze of serenity.the staff Rehab at the Spa a jewel, suleiman the chief concierge most welcoming, the entrance staff so genuine, the rooms so crazy beautiful, the huge rainfall shower, the suken bath like mini pool, and the FOOD was absolutely the most delicious hands down at a hotel, absolutely incredible, delicious, top of top quality, mind blowing delicious, and the black bottom pool sooo cool and beautiful, we were served iced water without being adked! i could write a book on this hotel how perfect it was, i can never stay anywhere else in muscat why would i, when you found perfection you look no where else. its perfect.

LikedThe staff were super friendly and very helpful with making reservation and changing my room. The restaurants felt a bit dated and basic needs some updating. Spa was expensive for the experience as it was also very basic.

LikedThe service was incredible, felt so welcome in the hotel. The room was perfect, the spa was next level, the food was really tasty and the property was splendid.

LikedA staycation of lifetime! everything was great from hospitality, rooms, facilities. I loved that they had a pool dedicated for adults who wanted to relax & the beach was amazing.

DislikedThe service level was not at the level provided previous years. Very slow checkin. A jar of whiskey which was provided last time was removed on Club rooms. Service was not invisible or perfect anymore. Breakfast buffet has shrinked in variety. Main restaurant food was just normal.

LikedVery quiet and relaxing. Perfect for solo escape or couples romantic getaway. The design of the resort is wonderful. The staff are friendly.

DislikedPillow and bed weren’t comfortable especially the pillow which was very low. I had a backache
