“Great Cusco hotel”
LikedEnjoyed our stay in this hotel. Great location and room was clean. Staff attentive and Guido was kind and assisted me when I had some high altitude symptoms. Breakfast was good as well as dinner in the hotel. Very well priced for hotels in this prime location.

“Feels like sleeping in a museum”
LikedVery authentic feel about this former Spanish colonial mansion, we stayed in a museum for a couple of days. Very conveniently located close to plaza de Los armas and all the museums / churches, it’s a nice point to visit Cusco from. Lots of great restaurants options around including Yuka just in front. Staff is super attentive and nice.

LikedThe breakfast spread was amazing. Loved the cakes as quick bites and as i was in a rush the chef offered me warm coffee. So pleased. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The check in and checkout process were quick. The ambience was so beautiful. I wish i had spent more time in the hotel to explore other amenties.
DislikedNot a fan of corn soup or the ceviche. Had to send it back as it is. Wish the kitchen holds hot sauces. Not many vegetarian or white meat options in the menu. Wish there was a small sides or appetizers section.

LikedBreakfast was delicious, and the hotel location is fantastic, just 2 blocks from the Main square. The staff is very friendly and try to help as much as possible. The beds were very comfortable.
DislikedEven though we let them know that we were leaving the next morning and will need help getting a taxi to the airport , we weren't advised that we needed to plan ahead properly because the main square was going to be closed due to an event and the street where the hotel was located was going to be closed. Luckily they were able to help with the luggage and getting us a taxi , we arrived at the airport just in time for the flight, but was a scare.

LikedAbsolutely beautiful property! Spacious rooms. Fantastic decor throughout the hotel, museum quality art and furniture. All the hotel employees were helpful and courteous. Great location.
DislikedIn the very early morning hours there was noise on both nights we stayed. It was not from a guest staying below us, it mechanical.
