DislikedBedroom very small On booking we told our age yet we were given a room with a spiral staircase to a balcony we were unable to access Bed clothes not changed except for pillow cases not changed during our stay Also plunge pools were inaccessible to us So I would not rate it 5 stars

LikedFabulous stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated with natural textures and colour palette. From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. We looked forward to breakfast every day - a warm welcome from Igor and Carlos and great choice of buffet and a la carte menu. The hotel is in an excellent location 2 mins walk from the Roman bridge and a manageable walk to the ferry for Ilha de Tavira. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We were on the top floor and it was completely peaceful with an extra glute workout getting back to the room.

LikedIf I could give it 11 out of 10 I would thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone is very warm and friendly. We stayed 6 nights and was fantastic. Breakfast is very good (menu is good and can deviate), the rooms are very spacious and nice, and location is great for exploring Tavira and ubering to neighbouring towns. Will be back!
