LikedWonderful Stay!
“Very pleasant oasis”
LikedFood very good Staff very good
DislikedSlight drain smell in room Mosquitos don’t help
“Excellent unique high class place, we plan to come back.”
LikedThe richness of the garden, the beautifull restaurants, the pools, the breakfast room next to the pool, the kindness of the people who make this excellent service to function on a high level.
DislikedI missed the live music for every night in the restaurants. There is one stair within the room which can cause accidents that could result in a painful end of vacation. The help with the baggages could be more efficient.
“Most luxurious Resort I‘ve been to, not necessarily best price-quality ratio”
LikedVery high-end, luxurious and premium feeling. The Staff goes generally above and beyond with every request. Amazing views.
“Staff made the holiday. We felt so well looked after.”
LikedHuge amounts of space. It never once felt overcrowded despite the hotel being at capacity. Facilities and service brilliant. Amazing place.
“A refreshingly peaceful family break”
LikedDespite being at 95% occupancy it didn’t feel busy at all. Staff were very supportive with dietary requirements and food was always good. The children’s club was lovely and fresh.
DislikedThe pool children could use could have been cleaned better in the morning. Same things floating at the bottom each day!
“Wonderful Happy Family Time. Our Favourite Hotel Anywhere. We Keep Going Back .Over 20 Years now”
LikedThe Most Wonderful Atmosphere and Stunning Location
DislikedUnfortunate Well below their High Standards Abd almost rudeness at one of the hotel restaurants which spoilt the evening and otherwise would be 10/10
