LikedA piece of history with lots of spotless facilities. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The garden and pool were a highlight.
DislikedThe garden restaurant could have been more professional and peaceful. They had a dj during our dinner and she didn’t really get the peaceful vibe the other 4 guests were looking for at the time.

LikedThe pool was so beautiful and relaxing, great food and drink service. The room was large and comfortable, so luxurious and the bed was so comfortable with multiple types of pillows. The service was so friendly and efficient. Truly a top notch experience. I'll go back to this special property!
LikedThe main building is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, the grounds were really nice pretty and the staff friendly and helpful.
DislikedThe room we stayed in was quite tattered, and in my opinion not worth what we paid, several things falling apart in the restroom like toilet paper holder, soap holder and more, light fixture on wall sitting really crooked. Still enjoyed our stay but you don’t know it’s like that till you get there. It just seemed like an extremely old worn out hotel room.
LikedThis was a beautiful palace! There was a wedding happening at the time which made it even more dreamy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic night in Lisbon. Breakfast was exceptional.

LikedIt really is a palace! Staff extremely cordial and helpful. Bar and dining room staff cordial, and made me, as a single female guest, feel very welcome and comfortable. Food very, very good.
DislikedThe rooms are built around the hotel in modern architecture, and a map at check-in or a printed copy in the room would have been very helpful for navigation.
