LikedThe hotel is perfectly located . The hotel impeccably designed. The room and facilities were incredibly maintained. The staff were incredible. We had a couple of issues and they dealt with each room but the staff dealt with them instantly and professionally, acknowledging the problem and even providing compensation that we would not have expected to make sure we were satisfied. I cannot comment on the restaurant or any of the food services because we didn’t dying at the restaurant for any meal, but if it was anything like the rest of our experience, I’m sure it is also fantastic.
DislikedI am certain the issues we had with air conditioning in one room and housekeeping were not a regular occurrence and, as said, dealt with very professionally and immediately.

LikedI’ve tried 3 different hotels in Lisbon and Browns Avenue was definitely the #1! Near by the best restaurants and stores, so you can do everything by wall (no better way to discover the city).
