LikedI loved everything about the property. We had an awesome experience, we felt very safe and well taken care of. It was our first time going to Lisbon and the hotel made it memorable for us. Super convenient location wise, very professional and awesome staff!! We got upgraded to a nicer spacious room. Can’t wait to go back to Lisbon and we will definitely book again with Pousada!!
LikedBeautiful rooms. All staff were very helpful. Very pleased that they offered valet parking! And a great breakfast!
DislikedThe “shower” was a tub/shower combination - one had to step over into the tub to take a shower. The tub was very, very tall. The floor of the tub was very slippery. It is a wonder the hotel has not had a guest fall. They offer no shower mat and there are no safety bars or rails to hold on to. I am fit but slipped several times trying to manage a shower.
LikedEverything you would expect from a luxury hotel and more. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a last minute change and needed to cancel one of our rooms and it was out of policy but the staff was super accommodating .
DislikedIt’s extremely difficult to get to the hotel by uber as it is in the main square where private cars are not allowed, so Ubers usually get lost. Better to get dropped off at Andaz one block away and walk.

LikedExcellent location in a historic building. Great value breakfast. Wonderful staff. The plaza-side outdoor bar is perfect people watching.
DislikedSome amenities are a bit lacking, like room for toiletries in the bathroom, and accessible charging outlets. The tub was elevated and might be difficult to access for a customer with any mobility issues, and very slippery.
LikedExcellent location, very good breakfast with lots to select from, nicely appointed rooms, windows are sound proofed, hotel lobby is very nice, and hotel staff were always helpful and friendly.
