Les Suites at The Cliff Bay - PortoBay

LikedWe had a garden suite with ocean view, which was immaculate. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well cared for by the staff. It is nice to have access to the Cliff Bay pools, but we also enjoyed the privacy of the Les Suites infinity pool (Les Suites seems to be the nicer property). Breakfast on the patio at Avistas was fantastic. It was also a very convenient walk to get to/from the Carnaval parade. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a delicious chocolate birthday cake upon arrival (it was my birthday). Thank you for making our trip so special!

DislikedWe loved most everything about our suite, except we found the beds to be a bit too firm. And ironically the pillows were too soft! (too much air).

LikedSpacious and tastefully decorated. We were very well cared for there. Breakfast was excellent. View from our room was spectacular.

LikedEverything, an absolute gem. Luxurious and classy. Everything is quality - the rooms, the service, the pool area, the food, and the list goes on. Extremely friendly staff.
