LikedWith a limited amount of rooms this hotel gives a very intimate and thoughtful vibe. The staff, including Duarte and so many others, take the time to connect with you which is something I find rare these days and really makes a difference. The staff goes above and beyond to get you the assistance you might need - last minute dinner changes, late night arrivals, needing to get an outfit ironed randomly, help getting around, ect. The gentleman who served us breakfast had memorized our preferences after just one meal and that attention to detail is what you get here. I plan to return to Porto and hope to stay at this location again - not only are the grounds beautiful, quiet and peaceful but I think the biggest key to this place is the staff. Also, our rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and after a long day of sightseeing or a poolside afternoon, it felt like walking we were walking into the room for the first time. Thank you Palacete Severo for a beautiful stay!
DislikedNothing! But I'd note it takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the centre. However, we walked at all times of the day and night and always felt safe.
