LikedThoroughly enjoyed our deluxe room with balcony and great views. Comfortable bed and huge shower. Minibar included a nice plus. Great rooftop bar. Staff couldn’t be nicer!
DislikedSmall bureau in room or second luggage rack would have been nice.

LikedVery comfy hotel. The bar and restaurant are probably good, but they need some marketing since both were quite empty and therefore not very inviting. Super indoor swimming pool.
DislikedThe atmosphere in the bar and restaurant, not very vivid. The sauna was not heated in the morning, but it looked very attractive.

LikedThe staff were very welcoming and extremely generous with their time when we asked for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The hotel itself is lovely and quiet - a nice place to return to after a day of exploring the bustling city. The breakfast was exceptional and the spa impeccable, both in terms of service and facilities.
DislikedThe floor of the bathroom and shower are a very slippery marble. It would be good to install an anti-slip mat or something similar to make it safer.
LikedWe had a wonderful stay and the staff were really friendly and very professional. The rooms and hotel overall were of a high standard and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in Porto.

The rooms were palatial, a much needed environment at the end of our 3 week trip to Spain & Portugal. Everyone at the hotel truly seemed to make sure our stay was exceptional.
