LikedClean quiet rooms, amazing facilities: 2 pools, restaurant and beautiful calm beach. The gift shop and water trampoline were major bonuses =!
Dislikedone restaurant wasnt open so dining options were limited, but it was off season so to be expcted.
LikedAmenities were amazing. There are many things to do (beach, pool, tennis courts, pingpong tables, spa, etc). Very peaceful and relaxing environment, even with many big groups and families around. Everything was constantly cleaned and tidy throughout the resort.
DislikedWish there was a more extensive menu. Prices have gotten more expensive recently in Las Palmas Restaurant (particularly for breakfast). The pool bar and grill was not open during our stay, so getting food and drinks meant walking away to the main restaurant.

LikedThe resort was really nice. It was not too crowded, which also suited us just fine. You could go to beach or pool and there were room in the pool and free sunbeds. The rooms were nice.
DislikedThere are two restaurants in the area and the next ones are in the nearest village. So maybe during longer stay, some might need a bit more options and larger price scale as they both were a bit expensive. Also it would have been nice get some information about the breakfast, as we experienced both buffeebreakfast and the one that was served in a table and were a bit lost when coming to the breakfast table and did not know how it worked. That is, when the breakfast was being served, customers were offered a voucher for the breakfast (if you had breakfast included), but no one told beforehand how it works.
LikedBeautiful, big rooms and landscape. Nice hot jacuzzi. I loved the beds overlooking the ocean and the fire pit

LikedThe staff was extremely friendly. We happened to arrive a little bit earlier than checking time. I went ahead and told her I was going to eat lunch at the restaurant by the pool. They call me by the time I was done with lunch that my room was ready, which was perfect because then I decided to go to the SPA last minute that same day and the had an opening and that was Genevieve was PHENOMENAL!!! I haven’t relaxed like that in years. Had my 50th birthday dinner at the indoor restaurant 5⭐️ they turned my desert into a mini cake pastry. Alexander I believe is the name 🤔
DislikedThe door of our room did not seal tight enough and every time the air conditioner cut on the door made a vibrating noice. I didn’t bother to say anything at the time since we were only staying one night.
