“Extremely pleasant”
LikedThe staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and accommodating! They all go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as could be! The room was spacious and had lots of place for everything. The pool area was also very relaxing and always enough beds. The beach towels were great as well! Definitely the place you want to stay at in San Juan!

DislikedThe small fridge in the room...dirty pool chaises and kids area wasn't functioning like other times...pillows too hard for the kids....I also wanted a room with balcony looking towards the pool...liked going to Vivo Beach..Awesome

“Excellent hotel, excellent location”
LikedEverything was clean, new and felt luxurious. The room was excellent
DislikedThe receptionist was slow and did not offer information about the amenities provided. I knew my way to my room because I visited the premises while the renovation was ongoing. There is no valet parking and it was the first time I was checking in alone so it was awkward.
