LikedI had such a fantastic stay! The hospitality was wonderful, and everyone at the hotel was so warm, kind, and welcoming. A special thank you to Shaker at reception for being so accommodating and helpful. The food was very good too. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

LikedI truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant quality is excellent, and parking is smooth and well organized. What really stands out is the staff — from valet parking to reception — everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to details.

LikedEverything; from the aesthetic and ambience, to the room amenities and level of comfort. The place was clean, well maintained, and certainly great value for the price.
LikedFriendly staff, clean place, quiet atmosphere, close from Jeddah‘s main attractions and great restaurants/cafes, bathroom amenities, free small chocolate from patchi and chocoline which is very sweet, plenty of Equipment for gym brand (technogym) which is not bad, bathtub was super nice.
DislikedRoom for improvements: Praying carpet can be washed or perfumed so the scent can be nice, 5-10% for new guests to encourage them to try lounge or Argentnian restaurant in hotel‘s premises and announcements regarding possibility for guests to use squash rooms with times/prices, and lastly cooperations with local coaches (Zumba, yoga, pilates…etc) to enroll in classes with times, dates, prices…etc. And participate in those classes at the hotel‘s premesis
