LikedThis hotel is simply THE BEST in Riyadh. Amazing facilities, food, service and specially the staff! It’s a 3 minute walk from an area called Bujairi Terrace - a World heritage site and where all top restaurants and shops can be found. I wish I can mention everyone here but some names that I managed to remember: - Bilal from house keeping left me art towels everyday - sweetest thing to come back to. - Basim, Rayan - best baristas in town, always nailing my Cortado down. - Stephanie - attentive and always welcoming with a warm smile. - Concierge staff (Shukri - if I recall the name correctly) was kind enough to show me around all the facilities. The whole concierge staff honestly attended to every need. - Front desk staff - every single one of them were the kindest and made sure my stay was nothing less than perfect. - Mimi from the Spa - a warm and welcoming lady that is professional in both Hammam and messages. I will be booking here again for sure!

LikedThe hotel is modern yet beautifully captures the traditional Saudi hospitality and design. My friend and I had such a lovely, relaxing, and memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered—from reception (Anoud), the café (Sri), the restaurants Medheer (Mahmoud and Jovelyn) and Taleed (Mohd), to the spa (Nami and June) and housekeeping—was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their genuine hospitality truly made our stay special. We enjoyed every aspect of the experience, from the beautiful and comfortable room and delicious food to the wonderful spa facilities. The entire stay felt peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. It was definitely worth the price, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️
