The food (dinner and breakfast) at Joontos was just amazing and the service team very attentive. We further more appreciated the upgrade of the room.

LikedThe breakfast at the Spanish fusion restaurant is INCREDIBLE. The rooms are large and cozy, the hotel is beautifully decorated, absolutely no complaints.

DislikedThere were some hiccups from a service perspective, but after speaking with the general manager Hassan, he personally saw it that everything was corrected. I appreciate that they did everything to remedy the situation and provide an unforgettable experience.
