LikedEverything was absolutely amazing! The staff were more than excellent—professional, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. A very special thanks to Fouad, one of the most generous, kind, and supportive people we met during our stay. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. His kindness and attention to detail made our vacation even more special and unforgettable. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the wonderful service and hospitality made the whole experience even better. We truly appreciate all the effort, care, and warmth from the entire team. Thank you for making our vacation such a memorable experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend you to anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

LikedWe had a wonderful stay at The Red Sea EDITION. The service was fast and excellent, the spa was wonderful, and our room was clean and comfortable. Dawood was assigned to us and was very helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

LikedVery clean with comfortable bed, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the beach is spectacular, and the food at (Jiwa Restaurant) was amazing and breakfast and dinner at (Central Restaurant) were very good but not the lunch.

DislikedPlease read through this as it is clearly a one-time thing and it’s my own experience. There was a mixed up and didn’t get my suite (sea-front) which delayed the process of checking-in by 5 hours. HOWEVER, they DID apologize and offered us free lunch at their restaurant and an upgraded suite.

LikedVery nice location with an outstanding beach. The service is great. The staff were very friendly & helpful & they take good care of the guests. I like that there was a specific person that I can reach out to when I need anything at anytime. He is Dawood and he really made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Likedطبعا لن أتحدث عن: النظافة، وروعة المكان، ومشاعر السكينة، لأن هذه تحصيل حاصل. لكن هناك ماهو أروع: ابتسامة الموظفين، استجابتهم السريعة، تقبلهم لأي طلب مهما كنا ضاغطين.. تشعر مهم بروح العائلة، كرمهم عالي جدا لدرجة انك تشعر بالإحراج لانك لا تستطيع أن تبادلهم نفس التعامل او حتى تقترب من نبض ما تشعر به تجاههم وهذا من أول ما تهبط أرض المطار حتى تودع المنتجع وتبدا تخطط للعودة مراراً وتكراراً.. قابلت كثيرين وصعب اذكرهم جميعا، لكني لا أستطيع أن أنهي التقييم دون أن اذكر: زكي ويزن والثويني، سامحيني مديرة المطعم الأندونيسي لا أتذكر اسمك رغم كرمك. تحياتي وتقديري للجميع فرداً فرداً وإلى اللقاء.
