LikedThe greeting of the staff and their desire to help, always with a smile. I do want to mention the hostess, Joan from the buffet restaurant, always with a smile , always looking to support and help. We left the hotel and we're still talking about her grace and charm. Thank you 🙏

LikedThe rooms were large and comfortable, beaches are amazing, huge varaity of food in the restaurants , great GYM.
DislikedWe had a few malfuncations in the room with the AC and the water current in the bath. But it was fixed the same day.

LikedWe had a wonderful stay at Constance Ephelia in Mahé and were extremely happy with our experience. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, with an amazing setting surrounded by nature and stunning beaches. Everything was comfortable and well organized, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Seychelles. A special thank you to Ms. Rabia, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Her support and warm approach made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Constance Ephelia and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Seychelles,
LikedAmazing property. Very big resort. Beautiful design with amazing landscape. Loved the facilities especially the villa we stayed in. Staff were exceptional especially Mr Goodwick that gave us amazing service. He was there on every call picking us up and seeing that we are always happy and content.
DislikedThe food portions in the restaurants were quite small. Food was generally very expensive. All the rest was amazing.
LikedAmazing stay! The hotel has excellent facilities and is very family-friendly, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is also a great variety of restaurants with plenty of options to choose from. A special thank you to Rabia, the Duty Manager, for her great hospitality and assistance throughout our stay, and also to Tempi at the gate for always being welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families.
LikedThe rooms were roomy, clean, beautiful with great views and a wonderful cleaning staff. The rooms were attended to twice per day. Overall, the breakfast and restaurant options were very good. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The absolute best part of the stay was the outstanding staff. They hire from a number of different countries and they obviously do a great job of hiring an excellent staff. They were cheerful, pleasant, engaging and went out of their way to make the stay and five star experience.
DislikedIt was an expensive vacation but as is often the case, you get what you pay for.
