LikedWow! The service was exceptional, as were the grounds, as was the location. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff made sure to make it special with hand written notes, champagne and even cooler - a massive upgrade. Super appreciated. We used the concierge for tours and bookings for restaurants including car services. Everything was perfect. The entire staff seemed to know where we were off to each day and always welcomed us back home by name. Absolutely loved the Cape Grace.
