LikedGreat location - close to public transportation and places to eat, clean property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant was good as well - American breakfast.
DislikedWashers and dryers were broken for a day. Room was a bit smaller than expected but manageable.
LikedWonderful Stay at ENA Suite Hotel We had a wonderful stay at ENA Suite Hotel. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for exploring Seoul, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We really appreciated the excellent service and the comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend ENA Suite Hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Korea!

DislikedI have to say it: the elevator was hell. I waited up to 5 minutes to take it. I hope when I'll come back in the future they'll have changed them!

LikedGood location. Clean and comfortable bad. All of the staff were incredibly friendly,and I really appreciated their kindness.
DislikedThe street is one-way and usually crowded, so driving in and out can be a bit inconvenient. However, the valet staff were very friendly, which made the experience much better.

LikedThe room was great for the 3 of us. Good space and very comfortable. The location was also good, as travellers we see no issue on walking from spot to spot, and most of the things were at reasonable distance, or easy to reach by the subway station that was also very close. Very good and equipped laundry too.
DislikedI just have not understood the restaurant and breakfast from the hotel. But we anyway enjoyed the other places around.
