LikedThe sense of hospitality from every single staff member (from housekeeping to front and lounge) is incredible. They are in the constant lookout for anyone that is looking for assistance. The staffs are so welcoming and accommodating in the right "temperature."
DislikedI believe the aroma of the hotel is very strong - i understand the "singature" olfactory experience but the artificial smell is incredibly overpowering which many people might prefer it
LikedOur stay was so beautiful and relaxing the facilities are exceptional. The staff make this hotel a lovely place to stay. They are the strength of your business.
DislikedThere was nothing I would have changed.
LikedFreshly renovated. Spacious room, toilet separated from the bath. Beautiful view (my room was on the 19th floor). Morton’s steak house in the hotel is lovely.
LikedExcellent location - in Gangnam AND the COEX mall is literally next door... great shopping, and a wonderful array of dining. The staff at the Westin Seoul Parnas were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were great - exceptional very large gym with all the equipment you need. Do book a room in an 'Executive Floor' because, whilst more expensive, comes with a full breakfast and full dinner at the Westin Club- a real money and time saver and food was 5 star as was the service not to mention the VIEW - 30th/top floor! Maids were so nice, coffee machine/all the conveniences you would want.
Dislikedno hair dryer
LikedSimply outstanding. Staff, Building, Room, Location. Employees going the extra mile.
LikedI had a wonderful stay at The Westin Parnas. The hotel felt very modern and luxurious, with clean and spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the spa, lounge, and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location near COEX Mall and the metro was very convenient
LikedIt’s a very modern hotel, amenities like the pool and gym were excellent. We ate at the lounge several times, had a massage and had their breakfast twice, food was good but the lounge one was better. We also had a massage at InSpa, which was also relaxing. Overall vibes were great!
LikedEverything, clean, aesthetically pleasing, first class facility
DislikedShower/bathtub combo, not easy to shower without getting the floor wet
