LikedI have to say I loved everything about this hotel. They upgraded our stay even though they didn’t have to. I voted us to free snack time for breakfast and lunch. Staff was super helpful and amazing.

LikedThe hotel is very luxurious and the attention to detail was impressive! Rooms were spacious. I enjoyed having the steam closet, was very useful.

LikedThe hotel looks splendid. The art pieces, the flower arrangements, the beautiful high-floor reception. The room was amazing. Tastefully furnished, clean and with all the amenities one can think of. The bed-sheets are soft and the towels are thicker than my winter coat. The hotel is very well-staffed and request are taken care of seriously and promptly. The location is convenient, within walking distance to subway stations and many buses. The hotel is also connected to a mall with a convenience store, nice cafe and a good Italian restaurant. The breakfast is fantastic. I had to restraint myself. While the hotel itself is fairly small and lacks some of the facilities of larger hotels, in terms of quality and beauty it rivals luxury hotels like Tokyo's Okura. I actually like the fact that the hotel is fairly intimate (just 9 floors of guest rooms).
DislikedThe WiFi was a bit slow.
