ABaC Hotel Boutique 5 GL

LikedGreat location perfect for anyone who loves nature. The Terrance room was exceptional, everyone was very professional and kind, 10/10 service they even picked up and delivered my Uber Eats delivery to to my room ( barely any 5 star hotel does this) Also you must try their 2 star Michelin restorant it was an exceptional experience, was blown away. Very happy with my stay.

DislikedI wasn’t able to get late check out till 5pm because another guest was coming in that room but they let gave me a free late checkout till 2pm which was awesome.

LikedThe hotel is elegant and very clean, with excellent service and friendly

DislikedThe location is a bit far from the city center, and transportation can be slightly challenging. Prices are also on the higher side.

LikedThe style of the hotel and the rooms are impressive in size, amenities and comfort. Very well thought out on the details and the staff is top notch. Extremely helpful and welcoming. Location is also a wonderful change from busy downtown and with planting to do within walking distance in one of the most iconic neighborhoods.

LikedEverything on the high level over passing our expectations

LikedWe booked for our 20 wedding anniversary and the hotel was amazing, clean.the facilities were super and well maintained. The room was huge and luxurious, with an enormous bed with quality linens. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, they suggested lots of excellent places to visit. The food was exceptional, especially the 15 course taster menu night we booked in the restaurant.

DislikedThat we only booked for four nights !

LikedProper 5 star hotel, all amenities are available and working fine, great staff! We enjoyed our stay and everything went smooth. 10/10

DislikedOnly the white cards. Did not function very well. And to the white furniture it is hard to see for elder people. And the lightning buttons abit difficult to master.
