“We will definitely be back! Great service, great views, great rooms!”

LikedA charming hotel with the best location on top of the Tibidabo mountain but only 20 mins to the city was perfect! Incredible views and so very peaceful. It felt like a retreat which is perfect after a day in busy Barcelona.

DislikedWe loved everything!

“Excellent experience”

LikedOur stay was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for people who don’t like noise and crowds. We had the room with the terrace and the view was amazing.

“Overall, it’s a wonderful place, but takes some planning. I highly recommend Mett and appreciate the staff making our…”

LikedDestination in and of itself. Beautiful, tastefully decorated, quality products and services.

DislikedThe restaurants options were too limited. Mostly tapas with seafood and pork which we don’t eat. Also it was very tough to get an Uber or taxi into town. Sometimes we gave up and stayed at the hotel all day (which isn’t the worst since it’s gorgeous and the staff is so nice). Because it’s on a hill, walking into town wasn’t really an option. Would be great if the hotel offered bicycles and vespas. Lastly it would have been great to have outdoor heaters so we could enjoy the views in the evening and our terrace as our stay was in spring where the temps were 40 to 60 Fahrenheit with constant wind.

LikedAlmost everything. But a bit too short time to say.

DislikedThe room was a bit cold. The mini bar lack small beverages. It was a bit cold in the room and toilet. There was a bit of a smell in a toilet.

“Definitely one of the best stays in Barcelona”

LikedWe had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We even got a surprise birthday cake to our room because my husband had a birthday. We really appreciate that. The whole hotel was very well maintained and everywhere was very clean. The spas shower area/locker room was huge and beautifully made. Definitely will come back. Views were absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the price.

DislikedGetting service at the breakfast was sometimes quite hard and slow. Also some items on the breakfast menu was not correct for example fish roe was just a boiled chicken egg when the dish came. Also one side of the toaster was broken and when I notified the staff nothing was made to fix the situation the next morning’s. Also getting service at the pool area was hard. Nobody cleaned our dishes in 3 hours and those left over food got a lot of ants on them. Also the drinks at the pool area were done differently every time based on the server/bartender, maybe having clear recipes for each drink would keep them consistent.

“Stunning location and facilities, would highly recommend (just be prepared to wait for your food)”

LikedThe hotel is genuinely stunning. The decor and ambience is beautifully done, light, airy and so much space and character. The rooms are to a very high standard, if you are looking for a view of the city and the Med, read the room description very clearly. The location is great, and would recommend the short walk to the theme park and the church. The pool area and terrace is great and it never felt crowded.

DislikedThe restaurant seemed to really struggle at breakfast an lunch. The staff gave the impression of being overwhelmed. We waited on average for 25-30minutes for food, which most times was the wrong order and was warm rather than hot. When it arrived it was good. The management didn't seem overly inspired to solve this, which for a five star hotel was a shame. Not a complaint, but the road up to the hotel from the city is twisty, if you suffer from motion sickness, sit in the front and I would advise using the local black and yellow cabs, the uber drivers really didn't like driving up and down there
