LikedSuch a beautiful hotel with a relaxed, chill vibe! In my opinion, it’s a great choice for couples or anyone looking for a peaceful romantic getaway. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, and the staff was welcoming. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, truly one of the highlights of the property! The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s not a private hotel beach, so it’s also accessible to the public. The hotel is a little far from the center, but honestly, I think it’s well worth the drive. A beautiful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings!

DislikedI think the rooftop pool should open earlier. If I remember correctly, it opens around 10 or 11 AM, which feels quite late. It would be wonderful to enjoy an early morning swim or even have breakfast by the pool while taking in those incredible views. Another area that needs improvement is the beach service. The hotel's sun loungers are positioned quite far from the water, and the area could be better maintained in terms of cleanliness, towel availability, and overall service. Ideally, the loungers should be closer to the water, with attentive staff available to assist guests, provide fresh towels, and offer food and drinks. At other hotels, beach service is part of the experience, with staff regularly checking on guests and making sure they're comfortable. Unfortunately, here, you feel a little forgotten once you're settled on the beach.

LikedThe staff, specially the Guest Experience Team were the most welcoming and nice team / service I have ever met. We traveled with our cat, a 15 year old cat and they were the nicest ever to her and always asking if she was ok and if she needed anything. We also had some technical issues with our first room and they took care of it super fast and changed us to another room very fast. Overall it was a fantastic experience / trip and the main reason was the guest experience team!!

LikedThe breakfast was very extensive, every day there was variation between the food. They regularly came to ask if we needed anything else from the menu. The location was excellent, super beautiful, nice beach bars nearby. You had access to the sea and all facilities in the hotel itself. The staff was very friendly. They regularly asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The person who helped us the most is Xavi, super friendly person, always cheerful, happy to help you, funny and you can ask anything you want.

LikedEvery single member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made our stay truly unforgettable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were traveling with our baby, Vicky, and everyone was especially thoughtful and caring with her, which meant so much to us. The hotel has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that we felt completely at home. The breakfast was outstanding, the property was immaculate, and every detail exceeded our expectations. It was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back with baby Vicky.
