LikedThis is an elegant hotel in a beautiful location. The staff members are wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable (Ex. prepare picnics and beach bags)! They even provided a complimentary shuttle to the airport.

DislikedWe arrived back at the hotel after dinner at 11pm and asked if we could have a glass of wine with our friends who were also staying at the hotel and whether we could sit outside on the terrace. The bar tender said the bar was closed which was surprising because it was a Friday evening! When we complained, he begrudgingly allowed us to have a drink at the bar inside instead. He was incredibly rude while we were sitting there and made us feel very uncomfortable. Not the sort of service you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
