LikedExceptional property, super serene and chic atmosphere. All the hotel workers are very kind and helpful. Decor is amazing.
DislikedHotel restaurant didn’t have much variety of food, and the bar area lacked some employees because drinks were too slow.
LikedThis was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The staff , location, cleanliness and breakfast was all over the top and we truly enjoyed everyday we were there. Thank you and keep up your excellent work!

LikedFantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top service throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for families with children, they offer both a kids pool and an adult pool to suit different needs, as well as a kids club with a dedicated nanny. Highly recommend!
LikedExcellent. All of it. Clean, amazing location. Airy, staff was probably one of the very best I have encountered. A special thank you to the concierge staff. Just awesome planning every day/evening. The entire staff was so welcoming all along. Very nice. The room was also super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

DislikedRooms were kinda small. One of our rooms had a leak but the property tired their best to accommodate. Some of the guest were very rude on the roof top made us feel as if we did not belong nor deserved to be there. Some of the staff made us feel this way too but other staff members were amazing and made us feel better about the different situations that occurred

LikedRooms are big and very nicely decorated. It had the most beautiful minibar with excellent products, a cocktail shaker, beautiful cocktail glasses, coffee machine and nice snacks (not the typical snicker bars or peanuts). The staff was very kind and helpful at all times. The food at the pool was very good too. the kids club is for rather smaller children but the girl there went out and beyond to go and get some arts and crafts stuff for my elder kids (9&10) and they went happily every day to the kids club to!
DislikedUnfortunately because we were there very late in the season understandably the restaurant on the rooftop was closed
