DislikedChildren are not being supervised in the pool area and it becomes unbearable to use . Please offer us, your clients a children free pool area or at least time

LikedThere is really nothing to like about this hotel to be honest. Everything from the overall appearance, food, staff and service... Everything is on point and very professional (as it should be at this level).
DislikedDue to the winter season, all restaurants were not open which was a little bit of a shame but fully appreciate that you don't want to have terrace seating open in the cold and also staffed when the hotel has low occupation.

LikedMy favorite of all Anantara hotels in the world. The villa is absolutely stunning, the facilities are wonderful and the room is more than comfortable and cosy. The bed is fantastic, towels fluffy, amenities great. The breakfast is really good, everything is presented with taste and organic and locally grown vegetables. High quality
DislikedExpensive for parking, should be included. Breakfast room is a bit noisy. The staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. When I checked in the lady at the reception told me in a bit condescending tone that I booked last minute as that is not convenient for her. If rooms are available to be booked, they should be ready at any time in my opinion.
LikedThis hotel exceeded our expectations. We really felt welcome with our dog and the staff was very nice to arrange breakfast and dinner for us and our dog. The hotel is beautiful, too, and we are looking forward to coming back in a few months time.
