LikedGreat hotel with excellent service, very pleasant and located well. The breakfast was extremely well with quality products. Spacious rooms designed nice and the bed and linen were absolutely amazing. So was the pool area and gym. We had a wonderful stay.
DislikedThe beach hotel facilities are with extra charge and doesn’t seem like they offer something that justifies the high price

Disliked1.The actual location of the hotel: At Booking.com the hotel is listed as beachfront hotel which doesn't correspond to the reality as the beach is 300-400 m away, view barred by another private buildings which are not part of the resort. In addition, the site indicates that there is a private beach at the hotel, while the private beach club imposses you to 100 euros daily charge per person, per sun-bed. Where by 5 meters away, right and left, private entrepreneurs are offering the same service for 12 euros per sun-bed per day. We find this dicrepancy quite significant. 2. Response time for requested services, as well as answering of the front desk could be done much beter.
LikedOur stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.
LikedVery clean, the staff cannot do enough for you, they even offer you water whilst you wait for a taxi. Beautiful food and drinks. Amazing service.

LikedThe hotel is a gem and I loved the location versus being in the hustle of the city. Breakfast was delicious and my morning beach walks were perfect. Rent a car... not because your 8 minutes from old town but because there is so much to see. The hotel makes it easy with rental car drop off and pickup.

LikedThe hotel was wonderful in all aspects. All of the food was incredible. The hotel grounds and the entire resort were impeccably kept up. The hotel staff were so attentive and helpful. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Marbella
DislikedI was disappointed that I was unable to use the spa facilities portion of my trip due to the renovations, as that was one of the main reasons I chose the resort. The staff was able to get a massage appointment scheduled for me in another room at the resort, and it was one of the best massages I have ever had.
