“Beautiful Hotel in Lucerne”
LikedLocation on the river is great. The hotel is positioned right at the end of the river walk where a lot of bistros and restaurants are so its convenient to everything. The balcony off the foyer looks over the river and Chapel Bridge. Spectacular to sit out on at night, or day. Staff were helpful and advised us on things to see and do while there.

LikedLocation was walkable to Lake, all activity on Reuss River, Glacier Garden & Lion Monument, shopping in the town, and the bus tours to Mt Pilatus. Restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and we had happy hour there too!

LikedGreat location. We had a balcony suite and it had a wonderful view. The staff is amazing. Everyone is helpful and nice.
DislikedThe balcony is small. Two chairs and small table. If the chairs didn’t have arms it would be easier to get in and out.
