LikedSpectacular views. Rooms are clean and they have a large bathroom. Dinner was very good, but the breakfast could be improved. Bring a warm jacket and go up enjoy the sunset. After the last train leaves around 6PM only the hotel guests remain there, and it's really a special moment. Great stay, thank you!
LikedExceptional view. Perfect for catching the sunrise and sunset. It even comes with complimentary breakfast and dinner.
LikedEverything. The stay here was incredible. The room was luxurious, comfortable, beautiful views. The staff were so helpful and lovely. There was delicious food, great hikes, amazing views and being able to be there after everyone else left was the best.
DislikedWish some of the snack places stayed open a little later but that is such a minor thing because everything was amazing.
LikedUnbelievable experience, one of these things that you need to do once in life. At night we could see the animals climbing on near the rocks trough the caves… Dinner was great as well !!!
LikedPrime location, sunrise at Mt Pilatus is breathtaking and was a highlight of our trip. The service was top notch, everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond.
