LikedAmazing hotel with wonderful staff, comfortable and quiet rooms with a great view a nice walk or tram ride from the city center and right next to an amazing spa to help recover from a long trip. We got wonderful recommendations for restaurants and shops from the very helpful staff who spoke excellent English.

LikedThe hotel was located where I needed to be, was clean, comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a situation with my luggage, which was lost and returned dirty from airline. The hotel staff felt so bad that they cleaned all my clothes on the spot at NO charge. I travel all over the world and this rates at the top for me.
Likedthe staff were Amazing and especially Leonardo who made us a special map with places to see and things to do. Also the breakfast and mini bar were amazing and the bath house was the cherry on top.
