LikedAbsolutely everything the service was stupendous as were the accommodations!! you couldn’t ask for more helpful or friendly staff and so very accommodating to your every need!
DislikedThat visit was so very short!
LikedFriendly breakfast staff, Mr. Chocolate 🍫 every night nice and humble, adjustable bedding keeps my back sleep comfy, fast and easy check in and out. Brilliant 😍
LikedIts proximity to transport facilities.( trams, trains) is its biggest advantage over other 5 star hotels. We travelled extensively in Switzerland for 3 weeks using Switzerlands outstanding train network and our main criteria for choosing accommodation is closeness to train stations. The hotel’s staff were par excellence. They were courteous, attentive and really helpful. Facilities were also outstanding.

LikedThis is one of our favorite hotels and stayed here last year. The staff is amazing. They go beyond any expectations to help you. One of our wheels came off our luggage and they did everything to fix it. The rooms we booked were spacious, clean and very comfortable. After traveling internationally, a good nap in a comfy bed is just what we wanted. The location of the hotel is across the street from the train station and the staff at the hotel will meet you to help you with luggage. The major shopping street is at the corner of the hotel and the beautiful lake and hotel is just down the street.
LikedLuxurious Extremely friendly helpful staff Truly 5 star service

LikedWe received an upgrade and the room was big with a nice view
LikedConveniently located directly across from the train station, this is a top-notch hotel. Every member of the staff was so completely attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant which was buffet and/or order off the menu. Lots of little touches such as fruit and chocolate in your room.
LikedSuper convenient next to Zurich HB train station, friendly and helpful staff, luxurious room. Close to shops and only a short walk to the Alstadt (historical part of town).
