LikedIt is clean , comfortable, well decorated, and my kids love it
DislikedThough we think that the property and staff are wonderful and we really enjoy our stay, the swimming pool needs some improvement. Our kids love the pool however we were surprised that there was no floaties and vests available besides a few old kick boards. This is not friendly to our kids at all and has prevented them from enjoying their swim.

LikedTruly exceptional accommodations. Very luxurious, comfortable, and spacious. Great amenities (soaps/shampoos, free minibar items, both heavyweight and lightweight robes, etc.). If we didn't have to go out and actually tour Taipei/Taiwan, we would have been content to stay in our rooms! The gym was also really well appointed - much nicer than your typical hotel gym. Finally, the staff was excellent as well and went above and beyond to even help my daughter locate a lost toy after we checked out.
DislikedWe went to Palette for breakfast and Mipon for one dinner. The breakfast (included in our rate) was good and had excellent variety, and I would say Palette was about average or as good as expected for a hotel of this level, but not outstanding. Mipon was really not great despite its claims of Michelin recognition. Food was pretty mediocre, especially compared to what you might get at any other restaurant in Taipei at a significantly lower price point.
