LikedService is exceptional. Location is awesome, right next to subway station and coffee shop/ convenient store nearby. All the facilities are very resident friendly. It is very comfortable to enjoy hot bath after a long walk everyday.

DislikedWould be great if there is a gym.

DislikedThe plastic chain for the window shade broke, making closing it not operational. The breakfast was so-so. Food was cold and some items tasted stale

LikedNice rooms and common areas, all that I would expect from Mitsui Hotels. Great location just a few steps from exit 3 of the MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng station (blue and orange lines), bus stops in front of the hotel, nice tree lined neighborhood. Good power and USB outlets located next to beds, Mini fridge. Staff were helpful and courteous, housekeeping amazingly efficient! Some construction next door, which the hotel disclosed, but the noise was not intrusive.

DislikedNo onsite coin laundry facilities, even though there was a 'laundry' sign on the second floor, but there was a coin laundry in the neighborhood about a 4 minute walk away. Immediate area has a few convenience stores, cafes, but not much for tourists. Nearest grocery store was about a 10 minute walk away (which can feel much longer during the hot summer and even longer carrying groceries). It was nice to have a second floor lounge with free coffee/tea/bottled water, but there was often a line and elevator traffic seemed to bottle neck at both the first and second floors. It seems like it would make more sense to offer filtered water stations on each or most floors, since drinking tap water is not always recommended in Taiwan.

LikedThe staffs are the best, they are so friendly, attentive and helpful in every possible ways, feels liks in Japan! I had stayed at this hotel multiple times and every time it was amazing experience. The rooms are spotless, spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Also, I love the onsen, to unwind after a long day or to start a new day fresh. Location is also unbeatable, matro station next to the hotel, various bus lines right in front of the doors.

LikedMy sons (22 and 16) and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Room was clean and space was quite large - best toilet we had from 4 different properties in Asia. Curtain was truly a black-out curtain so we weren't woken up by the sun. Laundry service was great and breakfast buffet was good. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, we had a great stay.

DislikedThere was no place to put our clothes except for a few hangers. The shower was enclosed in glass and open to the room (there was a curtain) which wasn't ideal.
