LikedMy stay at The Peninsula Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s beautiful riverside location, luxurious rooms, outstanding dining, and impeccable service made for a truly memorable experience. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Kay and Ms. Yu at the front desk, who were professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend The Peninsula Bangkok to anyone looking for a first-class experience, and I look forward to returning.
LikedGreat location, short walking distance or boat ride to ICONSIAM. Very comfortable stay with great facilities to enjoy down time
LikedWonderful property, high level of comfort, very clean So many little attention from the hotel team that has made our stay wonderful (we were celebrating our anniversary). Amazing. Thank you !
LikedQuite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are outstanding - pleasant, courteous and they can't do enough for you. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning in a couple of years.
LikedThis is maybe the 5th or 6th time staying at the Peninsula in Bangkok. The price has increased dramatically over the last few years and is now just as expensive as the Mandarin Oriental. I was shocked, and doubt we will stay there again.
LikedYou'll feel like you've died and gone to heaven staying here. It's that good. You're surrounded by beautiful architecture, stylish furniture and tasteful objects. Every room has a river view and the hotel's tiny ferries will take you across the river to the overhead rail station or along the river for nearby shopping and sight seeing. The breakfast is one of the best in S-E Asia - a veritable feast of freshly prepared food from mango or strawberry yoghourt to eggs benedict, etc. etc. You can fly in by helicopter or, if you're like me, leave in a well priced local taxi booked through the desk. There's even the offer of a twice weekly free tour of a klong led by a local archaeologist - book quickly. Enjoy.
DislikedI thought a more expansive list of things to do near the hotel could be developed. For example, a long boat visit to Bang Luang Canal [not just the twice weekly tour]; a walk around Talat Noi and past the Holy Rosary Church and the handsome Siam Commercial Bank by the river. Or a relaxing trip along the river in a regular public ferry
LikedAmazing location, right on the water, super fun boat service included. Amazing food. Amazing service
DislikedVery little we didn’t like. Maybe update the tech in the rooms. Plugs on both sides of the bed please
